They ask you why you want to work there. What does working as a team mean to you. If you think you'd get bored frosting the same way everyday because there is no creative liberty. What your availability looks like. Then they'll call you. Very chill.

Would you like to learn other positions besides the one you're applying for?
It was a bit awkward. They start the interview out in the front while customers are ordering and such and then take you into the back room to show you where the baking and frosting and all of that is done. Overall it was fairly simple.

Telephone 1st, in person 2nd. Telephone with the owners and in person included the store GM. Casual and friendly. Seemed like it would be a good team to work with and opportunities to grow.
