J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Fayetteville, AR) en févr. 2011
Entretien
First they call, I was warned by a previous employee that this is the first step of the process. They want to see how you communicate on the phone, we spoke for around 10 minutes before scheduling the first 1:1 interview. After the 1:1 interview went well, we scheduled another interview with the manager of the local branch, I was asked to complete a few homework assignments including creating a presentation of "Why me, why Northwestern Mutual." The entire process was going very well until I realized I didn't want to be an intern trying to sell life insurance fresh out of college. I called and thanked them for the experience but declined another offer to keep going with the process.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
