Pretty self explanatory questions that are geared toward learning more about you and if you can be a good sales rep. Basically they are looking for references. I got the phone interview after i went to the career fair at the university. That was the first interview I got. They just match the office near your home and the recruiting manager from that office will call you and ask mostly behavioral questions that are straightforward.

Very casual, over the phone, expect to cold call even if they say you won't. Almost zero technical questions and seemed rather rushed. Probably wouldn't advise unless you have no other options.

First was a phone call interview. Then in person with the cheif recruiter. They had me come in for a third interview to meet two more representiatives and gave me assignements to start building my clients

The initial interview was fine. If you wish to proceed they'll give you an assignment that will take some time to prepare. If they offer you a position you'll find its mostly all networking through your personal connections for sales. Not ideal.
