Mostly fishing for leads/trying to figure out if you had family or friends who would be potential clients. I could sense that there was no real opportunity available if I didn't have those connections (and I didn't).

Very kind people, genuinely want you to be there. Both first and second round interviews were really pleasant and gave descriptions about what job would look like. They did cancel my interview twice, once for a golf tournament, but good interviewing experience.
The interview process is really laidback. Someone will contact you to get the interview process started. It is only behavioral questions and then the interviewer will describe the position in further detail.

Meet with a recruiter for initial interview and then have another second round interview to filter down candidates. All done over zoom or teams and similar to most other interviews in the field.
