I was recruited at a campus career fair event. Two rounds of interviews. Accepted position. Then off to getting state license in insurance. Exam takes some studying. Once you get licensed they contract you as a financial Representative.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
