J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Charleston, WV) en avr. 2008
Entretien
Met through college career fair pretty typical process, personality test and grades seemed like biggest factors in hiring decision. Great insurance/sales internship with top company, but not to selective so with either a strong personality or good grades should be able to land a spot. A lot of questions about networking had to fill out notebook of networking prospects, state insurance licensing necessary before you could start work. Depending on state rules you will need to attend a class for a certian number of hours signed by instructor and take and pass the states test.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Required applicants to fill in multiple networking notebooks listing as many prospects as possible.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
