J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual en mars 2013
Entretien
First, they contacted me over the phone and asked if I'd like to come in and hear a little bit more about the opportunity. The first "interview" pretty much consists of the recruiter(s) asking you about your network and who you know that you could potentially sell life insurance to. They also tell you about earnings potential and how a few people managed to make 6-figure salaries. Following the second interview you're asked to compile a list of 100-200 people you know and their phone numbers. The list is due at the third interview. I chose to decline the opportunity for a third interview.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.

Very basic and straightforward behavioral questions, nothing technical. Have a good idea of what you would be doing and why you want to work there so that you can speak to your skillset and how it aligns with the job description.
