Pretty straight forward interview process. Two phone interviews, both consisting of basic "getting to know you" questions, as well as understanding your college activities/accomplishments. Last is an in person interview with the head recruiter and managing director where you present a powerpoint presentation on yourself.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.
