I met with a recruiter from Nothwest mutual at a career fair at my university. I recieved an email a few days later stating that they would like to meet with me for an interview. upon arrival at their office in Birmingham, I was allowed the opportunity to attend a group interview with one other candidate.

Very casual, over the phone, expect to cold call even if they say you won't. Almost zero technical questions and seemed rather rushed. Probably wouldn't advise unless you have no other options.

First was a phone call interview. Then in person with the cheif recruiter. They had me come in for a third interview to meet two more representiatives and gave me assignements to start building my clients

The initial interview was fine. If you wish to proceed they'll give you an assignment that will take some time to prepare. If they offer you a position you'll find its mostly all networking through your personal connections for sales. Not ideal.
