Very simple. Had me take a personality quiz/test and come in for an interview without an over-the phone interview. In the interview they reviewed the results of the personality quiz but it was a very easy interview that consisted primarily of simple questions. It seemed like I had the position before I had even finished the interview.

Very casual, over the phone, expect to cold call even if they say you won't. Almost zero technical questions and seemed rather rushed. Probably wouldn't advise unless you have no other options.

First was a phone call interview. Then in person with the cheif recruiter. They had me come in for a third interview to meet two more representiatives and gave me assignements to start building my clients

The initial interview was fine. If you wish to proceed they'll give you an assignment that will take some time to prepare. If they offer you a position you'll find its mostly all networking through your personal connections for sales. Not ideal.
