After applying though my college website, I was contacted by a recruiter within a few days of applying. I had my first interview on campus, which was basically "a get to know" kind of interview. I just restated everything from my resume into more detail. Got called back about a week or two later for another interview in the downtown office. After the second interview I was given a verbal offer.
