I found the job online through Indeed and applied through Northwest Harvest's website/portal. I was contacted 10 days after my application to schedule a phone screening, which took place three days later. It was a brief 30 minutes but I was asked a few direct questions and had a few minutes to ask some initial questions of my own. Later that day, I was contacted again to schedule an in-person panel interview, which took place 13 days later in one of their offices. The panel interview took about an hour, with three people from different departments who would be working with the person in this role. The whole process took 33 days from start to finish.
