Submitted my resume and got an email for a Microsoft Teams meeting to meet with three to four hiring managers. Had three virtual interviews before getting hired. Everything was online and took a month. HR emailed the offer after accepting over the phone first.

3 step process. it was lengthy had to do two phone interviews. And then was later called to do two presentations in person. A small workshop and design my own topic with Assessment and Evaluation.
