It was brief, it was with an hiring manager and supervisor at Northwell. The wait for the interview was an hour due to how busy they are so plan ahead. Overall it was great and I was excited to even get an interview

Fun. They didn’t ask me a lot of questions. Just a normal conversation. Asking about where I work before and my experience of the field. Also asking about my certifications, which school I went.

Received an email that they want to interview me, planned out a day with them. Met in office. Spoke and I got a tour around the place, met Doctors, nurses and got the chance to ask medical assistants questions.

Interview process was quick and easy! Started off with a phone screen with a Northwell recruiter, followed by an in person interview. HR was easy to reach and communicated effectively throughout the entire pre-hire process.
