Got a call back from HR recruiter and she asked me 3 easy questions. Scheduled a face to face interview the next day. Met with the nursing director and nurse manager. Both very nice and polite. Interview went for around 15 minutes very quick. They spoke about the unit and position. Said to hear back within a week. It has been 3 days and still waiting to hear back.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
