All is good asked about pervious experience abou work and questions related stress and why joining a northvolt.Tell about job and company and asked about visa status to check background check.
Applied through randstad and they we had a call interview by randstad staff. They discuss about the experiences mentioned on my cv and they also talk a little bit about job description that I was applying for.

The first interview consists of personality based questions ( intro of yourself, about the company, mistake happen by yourself etc.) and the second includes more about professional statements like more about the role of the process operator and technical solutions.
