Easy interview process. Asked basic senecio questions. All open ended. Lasted about 15m. Shortest interview I’ve had. I interviewed with the floor supervisor. I wasn’t able to get a tour of the unit because the unit was being moved and reconstructed at the time.

My Initial interview was with the nurse manager followed by a nurse recruiter ( I worked on the unit of interest as a local travel nurse). I also interviewed with the operation manager for the unit of interest. Salary negotiation followed (Have general knowledge of nursing salaries in your state and do not accept the first offer).

Process was pretty fast and responded a day or two later for the offer letter. Questions were typical questions about nursing and asking what if situational questions. Got a quick tour of the unit as well and staffs were friendly.

Short and easy interview with 2 friendly interviewers. Process was not that long took about 10mins. Qns asked where do u see urself in 5 years time and what role do u think u can play apart in a team
