45 minutes long, patient scenerios of which patient you would see first, personal questions, questions about education, number of years in college and why, what I like to do outside of work for stress relief, what I would do in certain situations with a patient with high acuity

Which patient would you see first? Patient with anaphylactic shock, elderly female fall on blood thinners, and person with urinary retention?

My Initial interview was with the nurse manager followed by a nurse recruiter ( I worked on the unit of interest as a local travel nurse). I also interviewed with the operation manager for the unit of interest. Salary negotiation followed (Have general knowledge of nursing salaries in your state and do not accept the first offer).

Process was pretty fast and responded a day or two later for the offer letter. Questions were typical questions about nursing and asking what if situational questions. Got a quick tour of the unit as well and staffs were friendly.
