Very easy and straight forward interview. My interviewer was very friendly and obviously loved his job and believed in the company. I got a job offer the next day, the background check took about a month and I was working within two months.

technical knowledge interview with an emphasis on your ability to identify proper tools, aircraft structures and VWI & PWI SOP's. The interview is brief and focuses on past experience within aviation. There is a determining factor of your ability to work overtime as their manpower is significantly depleted by the number of classified project that take from the initial training grounds of the F-35 Line.
