J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northrop Grumman
Entretien
Interviewed on campus after a STEM job fair for two different NG programs. The questions were generic, stereotypical soft-skills interview questions. They asked about my technical background, but didn't ask any point-blank technical questions (like solve a puzzle or math problem, etc). One interview was one-on-one, and the other interview had two people. The second interview went exceptionally well and we nerd-ed out, laughed, and I felt really exited to work for my interviewer. I would find out later I only report to him for HR issues and your day-to-day assignment manager is a completely different person. That was disappointing since I took the offer largely based on how impressed I was with that manager.

Scheduled interview through an email link, had a one hour-long phone call, and received an offer the next week. Very straight forward and had a great conversation! Talked about my experiences and the future of Northrop Grumman.

On Campus Interview. The interview went well, but apparently NG has a strict GPA cutoff, even with previous internship experience. They asked for my transcript and I never heard back from them.

The interview was in multiple stages, starting with a phone interview and followed by a Panel On-site Interview, then a month-long HR process to move me from SoCal to the Bay Area.
