3 Levels of Interview: 1) Phone with HR - To share about yourself, what you are looking for and HR would do a brief sharing on Salary (Non- negotiable) 2) Interview with Team Leaders : Usual Interview questions. The TLs are very fair in their questioning and are supportive of their team mates. Emphasis on steep learning curve and time collaboration with other team members 3) Interview with Managing Leaders : Further questions about interest in the role and how problems are managed
