Super slow--2 months between application and a 30-min HR screen, then another month before a meeting with a member of the admissions team. By then, had already found another position.

I was recruited via LinkedIn to apply. The interviews all happened remotely but they did take a while to schedule. There were many different teams/levels present at each interview but there was no one i spoke with on the same level as me or that would report to me. Overall it was a pretty standard interview
