Not a very long interview. Interviewer was my supervisor-to-be and he asked me very general questions on what I had done in the past, what responsibilities I had taken in the past and if I had ever managed any workplace / group / event. He asked me what I would do in the case of (given scenario) and the scenario was a simple library emergency in case of fire or how to manage other subordinates or how would I behave with other library patrons.
