The interview process went very well. There we a preliminary interview via telephone. Within 4 days An in person interview was set for 1 week later. I met with the special assistant and interviewed. She was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. I then met with a group of 5 other executive assistants who interviewed me too and told me about the job. I walked away feeling confident that I got the job. They took 1 week to reach out to me and by then I had already decided to accept another position elsewhere that was paying me 10K more. It was bittersweet because I really could see myself happy there but the other job was just as good and paid me for my MBA degree.

I submitted an online application and in approximately two weeks had set up an initial phone interview. This was a very straight forward process, and the interview was quite congenial. The next day I was contacted to come in for an on-site interview the following week. Two days after this I received an e-mail asking to set up an additional phone screening interview with another member of the department. This was also an excellent interview. The next day I received the offer.
Overall, this was an excellent and very quick process. Overall it took about 3-4 weeks from submitting the application to receiving the offer.
