I was interviewed for around 1.5 hours. Very basic and not that difficult. Just be able to talk about yourself. He just wants to get to know you as a person. Will ask only a couple of personality/skill based questions. "If a customer did this..... what would you do?" type questions. Or how i would prepare for a cold call/prospecting day. I was hired the same day.
