There were multiple phone interviews. The first was with the recruiter, then a senior member of the company, finally by the client who the interviewee would be assigned too. Overall very east process

I was reached out to through LinkedIn and scheduled to speak with a member of the recruiting team. I then got a great overview of the organization and the opportunity available. I interviewed with the end client and was offered the position.
