First I had a phone interview, followed by a speed interview where 8 minutes was spent at each station, and last interview was a panel interview. I had an overall positive experience even though I was not offered the job.

Quick , average, talk about past experiences made conversations go smoothly. At least 5 questions. Interview included a manager, lead, and a floor nurse. All were nice and trying to see if the candidates are a good fit.
