Entretien
One on one interview on the phone, and then face to face. Was able to job shadow and then make outbounds to show I could do it. I asked alot of questions in the interview, but found out the pay, commission distribution, and requirements met industry standards.

Met with nice lady, very pleasant. Straight forward interview, she seemed liked she cared. I was given a tour of the facility. It is a beautiful call center. I've never seen anything like it. When I think call center, I didnt think cable tv on big screens all over the place with great music. People all seemed so happY!
