Was contacted by the founder, Nicole, and asked to do a test assignment. I did the test assignment and sent it back to her, only to be ghosted by Nicole. I followed up to see if she had any feedback (even if was to just know if they decided to not move forward with my candidacy). Still nothing. A very unprofessional way to engage with potential employees, especially if they were willing to do an *unpaid* test assignment.
