I went there and met with the head of the Lab, as well as all supervisors I might report to. Because I was traveling from out of town they were great and did several phone interviews beforehand, and only one big in person interview. After meeting all the supervisory staff, they had their lead trainer take me to the actual facility I would be working in as well as take me out to a lunch. Following the lunch the lead trainer met with the head of the Lab (without me present) and discussed further the possibility of extending an offer to me.
