      1. Application Review: Objective: Screen applicants based on resume, cover letter, and any additional application materials. What Happens: The hiring team reviews applications to assess if the candidate meets the minimum qualifications for the position. 2. Preliminary Interview/Zoom interview: Objective: Establish communication and gauge the candidate's interest and availability. What Happens: A recruiter or hiring manager reaches out via email or phone to discuss the position, candidate’s experience, and availability. 3. Technical Interview: Objective: Assess the candidate’s technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and thought process. What Happens: The candidate is given a technical assignment or challenge to solve, followed by a discussion round covering work experience and various technical topics. 4. Behavioural Interview: Objective: Explore the candidate’s interpersonal, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. What Happens: The candidate is asked situational and behavioural questions to understand how they would fit within the company culture and team. 5. Offer and Negotiation: Objective: Agree on the terms of employment. What Happens: If the candidate successfully passes all stages, an offer is extended. The candidate may negotiate terms before accepting. 6. Onboarding: Objective: Integrate the new hire into the company. What Happens: Once the offer is accepted, the candidate undergoes the company's onboarding process.

      Left me on Read. HR call was really good and we had a good conversation. Followed by a technical assignment with a week as a deadline for it. Interesting one, using airflow to create a simple ETL pipeline that stores the data in Postgres. After delivering it i messaged back 4 days later for a feedback and they told me that the developer needs more time. Next 2 days HR emailed me that she is going on vacations and i should continue the procedure with another HR and also the developer was curious "why you did not do it that way?". I replied why and HR send the feedback to the developer. And thats all folks. Nothing else and still waiting 1 week later.

      First a telephone interview with a recruiter from Nortal, then a video interview with the future supervisor. Lastly, an assignment on-site where you can meet the team and vice-versa. Assignment was a role-play about presenting an AI Framework to a potential customer.

      During my interview, which was scheduled for one hour, she encouraged me to ask questions from the outset, a practice I followed diligently for the initial 30 minutes. I then informed her that we had only 30 minutes remaining and inquired if I should now discuss my professional experience. At that point, she indicated that she would guide the conversation. Regrettably, the interview extended well beyond the designated one-hour timeframe due to what appeared to be a lack of time management on her part. Approximately 25 minutes later, with just five minutes remaining, she initiated the process of asking me questions. Unfortunately, only two inquiries were made before she apprised me that they were specifically seeking a Python engineer, rather than a data engineer. She recommended that I invest more time in honing my proficiency in this area. This experience left me with an overall negative impression, as I found her approach to be somewhat self-centered and the interview process to be inefficiently managed. Furthermore, I couldn't help but feel that the extended interview was primarily conducted to fulfill a formality, perhaps to report to her superior that the interview had taken place. This perception further contributed to my overall negative impression of the experience.
