Sat in an in person interview with 2 business development managers and a human resources associate. They asked me questions about myself and what i liked about Norfolk Southern.
Applied online then was invited to complete a prerecorded interview through Hirevue followed by a Microsoft Teams interview with panel of about 5 people. The interviewers wanted to get an understanding of your skills and see how much you knew about the role.

Was given a hirevue first, next was a quick phone call with an HR rep, and final round was a virtual video call with 2 directors. Overall fast turnaround and straightforward. Know why you want to work at NS and expect some technical questions.
