I met with two engineers from the shipyard after a college career fair. It wasn't very stressful and the interviewers were easy to get along with. I would recommend the process.

Landed an interview the day after I met with the recruiters at my school’s career fair. Only one interview with the recruiter. Just prepare by reviewing your resume and transcript, and be able to talk about your experiences knowledgeably. No technical questions for this entry level position. They’re just curious if you have experience reading/writing technical documents and engineering drawings. They got back to me probably a week or two after the interview with a tentative job offer and many pre-employment forms and questionnaires to complete. About a month later, we started my security clearance process, which I stood by for 3 more months before I withdrew my acceptance of the job offer to pursue better opportunities.

My first exposure to this company was to a recruiter during a career fair. I introduced myself and discussed some of my skills educations, and prior work experience. From there I was scheduled for a interview at a later date. The interview was more like a discussion, questions were asked on both sides. I felt comfortable and confident.
