Entretien
There is a three-step interview process. You start with an over-the-phone interview, then you meet with the department manager, then you meet with the account executive for the brand. It is a very easy process to go through. The company basically wants to see that you're passionate about your career and that you have a great work ethic.

I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
3 stage interview. 1 with department manager, 2 with brand manager, 3 artistry interview. The company has been in business since I started working for it in January in New Hampshire in June
