After applying and answering questionnaire online, they emailed a link within 4 hours to do an online webcam interview on my own time. Each individual question is recorded in a separate video. Each question is asked by a Nordstrom executive (?) in the form of a video. You are given 30 seconds- 1 minute to prepare your response and then you record your timed response (usually less than 3 minutes allowed). They provided a few practice questions you could complete with your webcam and even review your video. The interview questions could only be recorded once, just like a real interview. The whole interview process took about 10 minutes total. After submitting my interview, they responded very quickly within a few hours saying if the position was filled or if they were interested.

It was a good interview experience. The managers were straight forward and nice throughout the whole process. The questions were directly related to the role. They were transparent about the role and expectations.
