The interview process was casual, friendly and straightforward. There were general prewritten Nordstrom questions asked that all managers utilized and a few department-specific questions. Usually, you will receive a job offer at the end of the interview if you are a good fit instead of waiting on their decision.

It was a simple phone call where they asked about my availability and whether I was able to work on certain days and at specific times during the week. The conversation mainly focused on scheduling and making sure my availability matched the needs of the position.
