You have to apply online. You take a "personality" test. If you do not pass you do not move on in the interview process. Once you pass that you are called in for an interview with the department manager. Following that you meet with the store manager and then you are either hired within a few days or so not receive a phone call back.

Applied online, waited for the assessment test. Got a phone call back a week later. Had an interview over the phone. Had an interview with the department manager. Got the job on the spot.

I had two face to face interviews. I was hired and I had orientation. It was a quick process. I had two 1:1 interviews and once I accepted the offer I had a week orientation.
