Phone interview. Basic questions like why Nordstrom? It was very quick and asked me what department i'd prefer and when i can come in for a 1:1 interview. A few days later had my interview. Very relaxed. Alot of behavioral questions about leadership and customer service and competition. On the floor exercise, which was to pick an outfit and sell it.
The interview process was ok. It was a digital interview. Some of the questions threw me off. Come prepared about the company’s history. If your prepared you should be fine.

Very personable and overall encouraging interview experience beginning with portfolio/resume submission. Employees are wonderful people and the overall experience interviewing was streamlined and positive. I would highly recommend this experience and this company.

I met with HR where they asked a few basic interview questions. At the end, I had to do a selling exercise of different items. It was overall laid back, and they wanted to get a sense of if I could interact with customers
