know about customer sevice experiences and how to pitch sales. they want professional sales people but the interview was fairly easy really.just google some customer servive skills and how to apply them and you'll be fine.the compnay just wants you to bring them money as any other company.also know something about Nordstroms and their commission based sales and why you would want to work in commission

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
