phone interview by either HR or 3rd party interviewer. this is the first test. they ask typical, mundane questions that don't really have a correct answer. they're just judging your ability to think on feet and delivery. then if you pass, you go to a one on one with a hiring or store manager

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.

Applied online. Got an email about a week later. Went in to a Seasonal Hiring Event. Interviewed with a manager. Most questions were situational questions. Very easy process. Offererred position on the spot.
