I applied online and about 2weeks later I got an email from HR to choose a certain date and time for a phone interview. I choose the first available time and she called. At the end of the phone interview, she invited me to do an in-person interview.

It was an easy experience. I went in early before the store was open. I had to pull together looks for three mannequins. The interview was one on one with the hiring manager.

very straight forward and simple. Want to make sure you understand visual merchandising and is comfortable with using basic tools. Be prepared to do a mock styling based on a trend given to you.
