applied online and got a phone interview within a couple days.. phone interview was only a few easy questions..basically how do you deal with customer type questions and experience questions. then got an in-person interview which was not hard..basically met with cosmetics hiring manager and spoke more about my experience and customer service related questions.

Horrible! They only had 4 positions available with 100-250 applicants for each! After I applied they sent me a generic email, stating to come to their job fair! Seriously? Why would they even have a job fair for only 4 positions in the entire store (of which 100's of candidates already applied)!

Entretien
The interview process was quite easy, I applied then received a cll back followed by an interview with their HR and then another with the cosmetics floor manager. All interviews were easy and I was offered the job on the spot.
