I was invited to an interview in 2 days. The HR was nice and explained everything well. They let me choose a suitable date and time for the interview. there were standard questions

First I apply online and you can find out about there openings on their website. A few days later I got an email from Nordstrom for a phone screen for retail sales-women's apparel. After the Phone interview if they like you they can ask you to come in for a one on one interview right away for they might ask you to wait a few days for them to choose.
