I met someone over coffee to learn more about Nordic and the role I was applying for. Then I was asked into the home office for a formal interview. Everyone was super nice and made me feel very relaxed. They didn't ask the standard "where do you see yourself in 5 years" question. They made it more conversational, and wanted to know how my skills would make me a good match for the job I applied for.
