Screening, Technical interveiw, code-wars style. I think it had questions 7,6,5,4 kata questions. Did 4/5, they were not very keen on the function programming. Prefered to use simple for loops

Explain the reasoning behind the solutions submitted on the code wars platform.
Very easy interview, no live coding. Much easier than industry standards. Interviewers were kind, questions well-crafted, overall a good experience that felt supportive, relaxed, and positive from start to finish.

Very lightweight interview. The interviewers were very polite, but I suppose that depends on the team and project. A few architectural questions about about monolithic vs micro service architecture, design patterns, testing in general.
