First contact at job fair. 3.5 hr drive to Yreka, CA to interview. Met with various heads of departments, my would be boss and his boss - the President of Operations. That was nerve racking. As it turned out I'm glad I met the President because he is the one who made the call to bring me in even when my would be boss was considering a welder for the position.
