- Please educate the interviewer on how to take the interview. Asking irrelevant questions to a candidate and rejecting him based on that is not a professional way of taking interview. The interviewer didn't even bother to look at the framework which I designed for 45 mins and was asking only about kafka services which I didn't work on and rejecting based on that is ridiculous .

waste of time , After whole 6 rounds the HR got to know they evaluated me for the junior role .
Taking interviews and rejecting candidate without any specific reason .
You should know the designation , salary expectations , years of experience before starting the interview process , not after the final CEO round.
