Entretien
A series of tests with mock client conversations that determine your ability to correctly address client issues and goals. It was very picky on how you respond to clients in a sense that I could not be pushy to the mock client who just wanted to eat cake and desserts at work parties and not drink start with small habits like drinking water and eliminating soda. They didn't like that I wasn't just allowing the client to continue with habits that kept them from their goals, even as I coached small changes and eliminating or reducing one thing at a time while allowing cheat days or meals for parties and going out to eat.

Entretien
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
