Entretien
The interview process is very thorough. Round 1, is a timed clinical assessment where you type in answers to about 4/5 questions. Then you submit a 1 minute video. Round 2 is a 50 minute mock coaching interview using a live Google doc. Round 3 is a live 45 minute interview through Zoom. The process was fairly quick. I did my final interview at 9am and got an offer at 3pm the same day. It was actually a pretty fun process, just be yourself :)

What is a skill that a successful Noom coach should have?
The interview process goes in multiple rounds. First, an online application, then a mock coaching interview where you coach a client, finally, a video interview with a member of the hiring team.
Several interviewers, standard questions. Be prepared to explain your work history as a health coach and why you are a good fit for the position. There is an eschelon of interviews around 3.

POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
