preliminary one hour recruiter phone screen with VP of Talent. Screen was to talk about work experience and why I was actively searching for a role. Not sure what next steps were because it was clear that the interviewer had already made the decision to not move forward with me.

Asked about my experience, why I chose to leave a hypergrowth start up at it's peak and decided to join to another hypergrowth start up. Pressed a lot on why I willingly left my previous company in a very antagonizing way. Felt that the interviewer was trying to provoke me. Brought up a lot of inappropriate questions as well about how I felt as a female working in tech.
